Very disappointing experience/s. Premiums increased by circa 60% without notice / communication of any sort for the same level of cover. First time I was aware of the increase was when 1400 was deducted from my account (without authorisation) instead of the monthly premium of 800 I had been paying since increasing my level of cover in May. I approached them about this and it took a couple of weeks to get a reply after several follow-ups. The response eventually given for the increase was basically 'this is the offer from Elders'. They are not responsive, their policy documents are horrific to read and understand. The above experience is in addition to other recent poor experiences with this insurance provider. If I could have rated them less than 1 star I certainly would have. Will be shopping around in the New Year.

Very convenient and helpful process purchasing landlord insurance with Elders in Ulladulla - Jaye was very helpful in working with me to achieve exactly what I needed. It was excellent to be able to have everything done via email and one quick phone call to finalise everything! Would very highly recommend Elders Insurance!

One might think Travel Insurance is a straight forward purchase, but when there is semi professional sport involved and pre-existing medical conditions it can be trickier.
