I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I was provided by Ukulele Mate recently. Not only was the processing and delivery of my order extremely prompt, but when I reported a minor manufacturing defect on my Kalimba, arrangements were made for its replacement the very same day, so I was only without the instrument for a few days. Well done guys! I decided to pay a bit more and support an Australian business with the hope of getting a high quality instrument and good customer service if needed, and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend Ukulele Mate.

In love with my Bondi Arcadia Mahogany soprano ukulele. I love how it came with all the accessories to start with. It plays and sound so great, built really well.
