The results of weekly graded exercises under Anna’s intuitive focussed skills are wonderful after hip arthroplasty. My atrophied unbalanced muscles have responded so well to strengthening and toning, week by week. I am feeling so much more co-ordinated and energetic. Anna knows just what is needed next and quietly refines the exercises week by week. I love it!
