Great products made with quality unfortunately the customer service once again was troublesome. When only 3 customers in store an argument started when the sales assistant overlooks and doesn’t give a hoot to which customer is next to serve. Not the other customers fault really other than shoddy service. I’m not going back this has happened before with bad service. What happened to building customer rapport for 5 mins? Instead of crunching the numbers. On a positive note Adair’s have the best quality products.

I'd love to give this store 1 star because my wife shops here all the time and is sending me broke. Really good products and great staff So it be unfair not to give a 5 star rating. Maybe i need to take my wife's credit card away to solve my problem.

Always new exciting products. Very friendly and helpful staff. The store often has a sale on candles and room sprays so that's perfect for me being the candle queen

Oh dear. Lost my rug. Had to track it down myself through their transport company. Rang customer service daily . Nobody listened or believed product was lost. Paid 80 for delivery and laying. Instead dumped at reception in my building with no call. Have bad back and had to drag it to my unit. Forget asking for help at the Tweed shop. Not interested once sale is made. A bad company with no customer service. Wish I had read reviews beforehand.

Always good sales and a wide selection. Nice friendly staff who are very helpful and not just helpful in sales but also helping you chose the right product and colour to match the look your going for.

Excellent customer service. The sales assistant helped us find exactly what we wanted at such a good price (I think her name was Christina) . Definetly would go back there for future bedding.
