I went into the police station after they called me in to make a statement and the officer that was working in the front was terrible, could not help me at all was not interested in my situation at all. He talked to me disgustingly because I didn’t hear the name of the officer that called me. I actually so disappointed and upset this just happened after I was being helpful. Ended up having to walk out because the guy looked at me like I was an idiot.

This photo was taken on 29 September, Police Remembrance Day. Note that the flags are half staff. Police Remembrance is a day for police to pause to honour officers whose lives have been cut short while performing their duty as a police officer. This important day is also a time to remember police officers who have lost their lives through illness or other circumstances.
Standard size, luxurious, concrete and Perspex, open plan cells. Firm bedding. Clean and refreshingly modern. The service, on the other hand, was poor to say the least. A lack of fresh linen and a problem with the plumbing led to no showers. Anytime U called up room service U were met with an arrogance and lack of interest at the other end. Almost treated like a convict U might say. This trendy club boasts exclusivity. Without a personal invite, U won't get a stay. The bnb style food menu is well overdue an overhaul, consisting of cheap, insufficient, non appetising, microwave meals, leaving U hungry for more... More of anything but what was just served. The club uniform is that of which the village people my have sported, on stage, back in the day, making it comical somewhat. I give two stars for my stay at the club. Disappointing
Horrible. Rude on the phone wouldnt give me information I needed
Police Officers went out of their way to help me very friendly, caring and professional THANK YOU Once again the Tweed Heads Police helped me out I feel so safe now THANK YOU
I believe certain situations should be dealt with in appropriate ways but in this instance im not happy with the service.
1of toughest jobs credited all forces godbless
I want to offer my very belated thanks to our local Tweed Heads Police Station and Officers for the professional and compassionate way they managed a situation I had with a close family relative who was a frequent visitor to the watch house over a period of time. When this person was a juvenile and then later an adult I was treated with respect at all times and certainly at the time that this person was a juvenile, there was a certain amount of understanding and leniency for his situation. It was a difficult time for me personally and I am grateful that the police personnel I came across were decent, caring individuals with a difficult job to do. I can't thank you enough. I hope that you are enjoying the new facilities and that they allow you to be able to do your work even more effectively and efficiently.
