Such an excellent establishment! Tumblejam is always such an excellent place to take your children for a quick energy drainer or for birthday's. The equipment is always kept clean and it's so easy to sit and relax with a cup of coffee. Janine and the team are so hard working and they're always incredibly kind and welcoming. All the best to the crew out there!

Great for children to let loose on a rainy day or if mum wants to sit and have a coffee and snack while the littlies enjoy play time. The slides are insane (in a good way).

My 2yr old son had an absolute ball here! Great new equipment, very clean and the food and drinks are super cheap and delicious. He enjoyed both the toddler area and larger section. If only we lived in Albany we would go all the time - my son keeps asking to go back!

Sadly my times here have been very negative. The business owners are often cold faced and look unhappy which is not what you should do when working with children. The coffee and hot drinks are often watery and lack any flavour. The chips taste stale and the oil mustn't be changed too often. The kitchen isn't up and pumping before opening time to be able to handle the orders straight away. Fruit platters are advertised but not always available. Other patrons have complained about children being told they are too loud when it is a play centre, kids will be loud. If children lose their socks the owners are very condescending to children and parents on the matter and don't approach you quietly, instead they loudly berate you about it in front of other patrons. Unprofessional, over priced and just down right not what a play centre should be. Needs newer, younger friendlier owners.

Quiet place, inexpensive place to take kids, has a good variety of play equipment, games and kids ride on cars, gaming prices and kids rides are cheap in price. Friendly staff, would come again for sure.

Kids had fun. Safe. Good coffee. Bit grubby tho...especially under 18mnth section plus no toys worked in that area.

Great place. My toddler always has a great time here. Up to date, safe, fun equipment and good, reasonably-priced food. Strong coffee!! Just what tired mums and dads need! My only complaint would be that there always seems to be parents disregarding the age signage and letting their older children into the toddler area. They just sit and watch them. I wish the staff would police it a bit more strictly, but I guess they don't want to put people off.
