UPDATE: have since refunded money which is excellent as did not expect this. Thank you appreciate. Took my money, charged my card but wouldn't unlock to let me hire a trolley at the Hobart airport.

Swiped and charged my card three times at Melbourne airport but didn't release the trolley in international departure drop off this morning,really pathetic and disappointing. So much inconvenience , what do I need to do for refund

I tried to use their locker in Adelaide Airport, since I had a spare hour and wanted to store my luggage somewhere during this hour. So I paid 14 AUD by cash and got receipt with the secret code and did everything as it was prompted by instruction. After that the locker actually locked before I was able to put any luggage inside. I called to their support phone and they asked me many stupid questions, e.g. how much change I received from the machine? Finally they called for the representative. He arrived fast, but the hour passed and I did not need the locker anymore. I requested the refund. The representative called to his "boss" and told me that the boss is not in office (it was around 2PM, Tuesday), and that I need to submit the receipt at your site to receive the refund. There is no coontact form at the site, I sent them an e-mail. Will see how it will go. Currently I lost time, lost money, and did not get any service. P.S: the refund was received.

Why does a luggage trolley necessarily cost as much as 4.00? Why can't passengers get refund upon returning the trolley?
