Lovely selection with a great, quiet atmosphere that really helps you relax. Open buffet, open bar, open coffee machine and open seats! Four hours here will only set you back 65. Three drinks and some food and you’ve already made your money back compared to other airport prices. And on top of all that, the staff were phenomenal and extremely attentive while not being in the way, I’d honestly give six stars if I could.

Look. It's not the best lounge in the world; but it's not bad and holds its own very well. I actual thought it better than the Qantas International business lounge when it came to food by miles. In fact always amused people compare it to the Qantas lounge - it craps all over Qantas in food (Qantas lounge is miserly in the extreme). Although Qantas does offer a bigger choice in spirits. Plenty of seating(I was there Wednesday evening at 8pm); a selection of hot food - roasted vegetables, rosemary potatoes, small schnitzels, a Japanese curry(evening I visited), cold foods (salads, smoked salmon plates), cakes, biscuits, small selection of spirits , beers and wine and coffee/tea/soft drinks. Great views of the apron.

Nice quiet lounge for 50. Good has a ok selection. Beer, wine, spirits all included and has a good selection. Free wifi. Would recommend to kill some time while waiting for the flight. Grab some food and a coffee and be on your way. Nice views of the runway. Showers need some work though.

Qatar Airways use this as their Melbourne lounge. Plenty of seating, lots of PowerPoints, and large floor to ceiling windows. The food area is small but there are enough tables. Staff are very friendly and attentive and keep everything tidy and well stocked. Tasty hot and cold food options. Wolf Bass range of wines, range of spirits / mixers, and a large fridge full of beer.

We have just experienced the most amazing customer service from Rana and the gentleman working with her. Apologies we did not get your name. We were the last flight out of Melbourne, transitting Singapore, Dubai and home to the UK. The personal touch meant so much to us at such a difficult time to be travelling. The food and drink was exceptional too. Thank you again caring.

What this lounge lacks in character, they more than made up for in their service. Staff are warm and helpful, always polite and willing to assist. Food is pretty good as well with a good Asian cuisine spread due to the mainly Asian carriers they service. Overall not a bad place to relax before a long haul flight
