Picked up a deluxe 2 berth for a 10 day trip around Victoria - vehicle was well prepared and ready to roll, we had no problems with the motorhome and it was easy to drive. The pick-up and drop-off process was also easy and quick, assisted by very friendly and helpful staff.

We recently hired a camper van for ten days. It was well outfitted, spacious, comfortable and easy to drive. At one point, we had some trouble getting hot water from the shower, so we rang the support line. They were very helpful and quickly explained what we needed to do. I would definitely hire a van from Cruisin again.

We recently hired the 6 berth deluxe for two weeks, my wife and I were extremely happy overall with Cruisin’. We had a breakdown (fan belt) which cost us a day but Crusin was quick to reimburse us for the one day. The motorhome was clean and easy to drive and operate, the staff switched on and helpful. Will definitely use this company again.

Hiring an RV was on my bucket list. I couldnt fault the van , cleanliness , ease to drive and the return process. However I do think consideration needs to be given to peak times for pick up . We waited for an hour to be checked in and this was arriving at 9.30. It would be great if there was an express check in or a second person assiting :)

After submitting a booking request, I was declined by email late at night. I called them the next morning and confirmed booking for one day later (pick up Saturday instead of Friday). I was told it was locked in and booked. When I rang back the next day to confirm pick up location and make sure payment went through, I was told the booking had been released the previous evening and now they have no motorhomes available. Great to see they impact peoples lives without any concern at all. Will NEVER use this company again. Why would you want to fly into the city and have them decline your accommodation. DON'T TAKE THE RISK! Book with their competitors who honor their bookings!
