We had no trouble at all with their service. We booked return tickets and both times we had very helpful and courteous drivers. I decided to change the return time by 1 hour (later pick up) and the change was accepted graciously and efficiently (I did it a few hours before the scheduled pick up time). Of course, everyone has their own experience, but I wanted to say that there are positive experiences too.

Great service! I’m so happy I chose Bluebird to pick me up from the airport. I missed my pick-up time but Bluebird was kind enough to get me on the next trip to my hotel. Highly recommended and quite affordable too!

If I could I would rate less. Booked in advance as I wanted to get home quick after a 25 hour flight. Had to wait more than 1.5 hours no bus arrived for the booked time. Was given false information when I called then was told the transfer would be there in 10 minutes everything I called them. Others in the same bus had been waiting even longer than me. It should be illegal to charge for this!!!!

Unorganised and late pickup. Booked a shuttle for a midnight pickup from the airport. When I called the company, I was informed that the shuttle had just left the airport and the next available shuttle would arrive around 00:25. Ended up leaving the airport at 00:40. That's 40minutes after the scheduled pickup. Why bother asking for arrival time when we still need to wait that long for a shuttle?

Told 12pm. Went to pick up point. Bus arrived on time but refused to take us. Phoned the company. Told to wait for the 12.30pm. No thanks. Won't bother again

The shuttle bus is late for more than 1.5hr while we wait in the cold winter night 11pm. All they did is keep asking us to wait more and more. No one apologise for this delay and keep blaming for the passengers not landing on time even though the flight number were provided in advance. There are also 4 other passengers waiting and the minimum waiting time is over 1hr as well. The driver and the customer service guy at the airport also doesn't understand English well enough to carry out this basic level service. I would highly recommend this company to SHUT DOWN.
