So much craft stuff!! A very large store with a wide variety of products. Spotlight is my favourite shop. I visit on a weekly basis, the specials are the best value. I got a 70 rug for 35, can't lose. !!

Love the products as I buy most of my art supplies here. As for the service, the ladies are very, very slow and you’ll be stuck at the checkout for 10 minutes while they socialise/scan your items. One lady in particular raised her voice at me when I asked if there was an item out back since the shelves weren’t stocked. I’ll only be back because it’s the closest spotlight to me.

I really wanted to give you more stars but sadly not. I love your store and products. Service is what lets you down. Only one staff member was serving on the material curtain counter and I had to wait a long time just to get a price check. Your price check machines were also out of order. The gentleman serving was lovely and trying his best but there just weren't enough staff. I stood at the counter and waited approx 10 minutes for assistance. You use to have a number system also, this would help as there was a line up after me. I ended up leaving and ordered my product on the online website.

The new store is awesome! Clean and easy layout similar to Spotlight West Gosford. Staff friendly and helpful. Received a discount even though there wasn't a sale on the item :)

The staff are absolutely useless here, would rather point you in a direction than actually helping you. They don’t know anything, Website says products are in stock when they aren’t or if they are the staff can’t allocate them. Extremely disappointed every time I give this store a go.
