Went there for the first time to get my new puppy a few things. Both staff i spoke to were more then happy to help me with what i needed, went out of there way and provided amazing information that helped me make good decisions on my purchases. Felt terrible that my two year old made a mess with the pet water at the counter but they just reassured me that it was ok and was not a problem. I walked away really pleased and happy with my purchases and will definitely be returning there in the future. Can not fault anything. Thank you

Had to wait for quite a while to be served even after one the staff said the expert would only be 2 mins. We waited nearly 20 minutes. Was.clean and tidy. Good price match policy too
