I attended the Colette store in Tuggerah 1.15pm on the 1/10/20, I was greeted by a lovely staff member upon entering the store, as I got to browsing in the sale section, a staff member whos was putting away stock asked me to move so she could get into the cabinet I was looking at, which I complied, she stepped away for a moment then abruptly asked me to move again, I then replied saying am I in your way, to which she then responded, 'yes, move' I was so taken a back I took my items to pay and told the lady serving me at the till which she just shook her head. Why could you have not just waited until I had finished what I wanted pick and buy? The woman who was putting away the stock was clearly disgruntled and didn't like the task she was doing, I suggest if you don't know good customer service and you don't like your job, maybe find something else. I give the 1 start to the lovely lady with red curly hair who first greeted me upon entering the store. I will be retuning my items and will go spend my money else where.

On a Saturday afternoon, the shop assistant clearly didn't want to be there. The store had a very strong smell of cleaning product. Please give the job to someone with better customer service skills and actually want and enjoy the job.

Best customer service. Brought a laptop bag and when I got home I realised me laptop didnt fit, I returned and the girl that served me searched to find a bag that fit everything I needed a hard task witha 17inch laptop, work folder and the laptop charger. She found one and exchanged it, she was super helpful. I find these bags to last reasonably well and to always have good balance between pretty and practical.
