Rung about about some down piping, was rudely yelled at because i didnt have the sizes on me of what i needed. I Was just asking if they stocked the item. They then said they need to custom make it and would be week turn around. They then hung up after i said i need it before then would they know any where else.

Service is a lot better the guys in offline are not as arrogant
Not open on Saturday as their website claims (6am to 8pm) total waste of a journey. Surprised they have any customers as their products are overpriced compared to the Complete roofing warehouse which is just down the road from them. Need to learn customer skills too as some of the staff are very rude and have no time for you.
Quick turnaround on a custom order and a pretty fair price too.
I don't love this store I was parked outside as I was waiting for someone.
