Look I came in like I always do to buy a specific cigarette from this store, and for the 2nd time now the same lady has given me menthol cigarettes which I didn't ask for. 3 packs of Reef Lagoon Blue 20's. No where did I say menthol, I haven't smoked a menthol in my life. Now this frustrated me but what was the worst was having this lady not appologize but say "You asked for menthol" over and again. Now i got my exchange for 2 of 3 packs as one was opened before I realized they were menthol, unfortunately I have to drive 50 kilometers to this store which put me more out of pocket. I got my exchange but for Christ sake teach the purple haired 40 year old you have there to just admit when she makes a mistake instead of claiming the customer is wrong. I won't be coming back, and if I do I'll avoid "she who is never wrong" so I don't get given a product I didn't ask for then get told I asked for it. I work at a store i realise that sometimes mistakes happen but i also realise that sometimes we need to own up to those mistakes like grown ups. Either that or get your ears checked, there's a free hearing check like 50 meters from you, it wouldn't hurt.

Very hekpfull, they suggest to the customer the cheapest way to buy smokes, most impressed.
I pointed out that the lady behind the counter was overcharging me, instead of apologising she got annoyed with me and then started changing the price on the wall. That's highly illegal, false advertisement and poor professional behaviour.
Bought a e-cig mod which was 200% more expensive than anywhere else and they sell the coils 400% more than they should be.... Got served by a lady on a latter date a couple of times and she was rude and treated me like an idiot.
