It gets two stars, up from one, because the lady who works here is absolutely lovely and helpful. Try and go when she’s there. The Asian Australian guy is rude and completely non personable, we went to check lottery scratch cards given to us at Christmas and he told us we should have scratched the barcode down the bottom to make it easier and quicker for him to do his job. Are you kidding me? He was quite rude in just wanting to get us out and didn’t offer for us to keep the non winnings ones so we could enter for a second chance draw. He also gave us no choice in the next 5 scratch card we won and just handed whichever one he thought we should get. We can’t go to the nice people who had the newsagent at the local Coles, as they were forced to shut recently.

Went in to check my scratch cards and the Asian Australian gentleman behind the counter was not so nice and a bit rude. With no personality. He told us to scratch off the bar codes next time to save him from doing it. I even won another 5 scratchy and didnt have the option to choose which one, he just gave me one. Plus, if he was nice and helpful, he could've asked if we want the losing scratch cards back for the 2nd Chance Draw. Ok pal...wont be going back. Shame because the lady that was in there last week was alot nicer and friendly.

Don’t go to this store for cigarettes or food the smokes are over priced it’s cheaper going to Woolworths or coles. Plus a rude guy behind the counter between 6pm-7pm on the 1st of September. Thanks for your time, but I wouldn’t waste anymore time going here.
