Trust Panda is always a pleasure to deal with. Online ordering is simple and easy to do. Payments are processed immediately via a non-PayPal gateway, which is very handy if you're ordering products via a corporate card for work. Orders are processed quickly and order tracking automatically provided, with no over-complications (i.e. they will ship Express without signature on delivery, which is brilliant) Product pricing, at least for YubiKey products is a *little* higher then elsewhere, but they always have stock which is why we always choose Trust Panda over local suppliers. You can tell by how they package their products for shipping that they really care about the safety of your order shipment. Rare to see this sort of care taken these days. As we continue to roll out MFA USB keys as standard throughout our organisation, we'll be coming back to Trust Panda every time.
The customer service here is top notch - I had a quality issue with my yubikey (manufacturer defect) and was planning on approaching yubico directly about a fix. Trustpanda offered to do this bit themselves, so now instead of waiting a few months I can just ship it back to them locally and they'll replace it! This is not the first time they've gone above and beyond for customer service for me either, I've been impressed every time.

Great Service. Order was dispatched and had a tracking number within hours of placing it. I had the parcel 2 days later thanks to the free express postage. Was well packaged and came with a really nice free pen. Will definitely be my go to if ever get approval to order more keys for the whole team or the YubiKey bio finally releases and I decide to upgrade
