Ram Australia could not supply for over 6 months and they are selling the old 10 year model 4th gen truck, but Trucks N Toys have the latest 5th gen beast from the States. Could not be happier. From initial contact, all the way through to delivery, the team at TNT were fantastic. Car was delayed for 2 days due to floods and road closures but still arrived 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Thankyou to the entire team. Now time to enjoy my new toy !!
What a great team. Very happy with the way they all worked to get my new Ram to me before Christmas. Absolutely loving it DT 1500 Laramie Night Edition with full air suspension. Great customer service by all. Staff was amazing, very helpful and answered all questions. Shane had extensive knowledge of vehicle I was purchasing and everything went smooth with no issues, Iva and Tara answered all my questions and kept me updated with progress of sale. Overall a great buying experience! Would definitely recommend!
I recently bought a new Ram through Trucks n Toys. The team was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Shane was super knowledgeable and extremely responsive, helping me find the right build and understanding the pricing and process. Iva was great with my follow up questions once the truck was on it's way, very helpful and responsive to my impatient questions :-).
