A great bike shop for the whole family. From elite racers to parents with children. They have a great range of ebikes, MTB, racing and cruisers. Heaps of accessories and their bike service centre is first class. Highly recommended.

I had my old Gary Fisher refurbished by these guys - probably cost more than it was worth but wow when I got it back it was like the day I bought it back in 2004. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and amazingly remembered my name whenever I entered the shop again - this I thought pretty cool. To be totally honest I chose them after shopping around all the other bike shops because they were attentive to my needs and listened to what I wanted without trying to sell me another bike. Impressed!!! Should be 6 stars!!!

Wayne helped me with my purchase of some new riding shoes. He did not have my size in stock and said he could have some in 3 or 4 days if I could wait. I was in no hurry so on the 3rd day Wayne phoned me and said they were now in. I went and tried them on and I felt that they were just a bit to small and could I try the next size? No problems so Wayne ordered me the next size which arrived in two days, this time perfect fit. In my four visits I have made, I have seen the care and information they offer new and long term customers, who said good old customer service was dead. I will be purchasing my new road bike from these guys. Very happy customer.

Another great bike service from Jim and Warren. Booked in advance and after dropping off bike, had a phone call 2 hours later to say all completed. Quality of service was the usual TRS v high standard. Gears are like a knife through butter, brakes re-aligned and are now just right on the levers, headset and bottom bracket silent and smooth. No fuss, no stuffing around and bike comes out like new every time. Highly recommend.
