The friendly staff recommended the calamari and I obliged. Thick cut chips were on point, fresh oil and well cooked, perfectly salted and we all enjoyed them a lot! The staff even came out of the shop when they were ready and delivered them to us as we tended to our kids in the car!

Portion size was large, chips were amazing and fish tasted good. Best chips I’ve had in over 18 months! Super fresh and tasty

Think we may have got them on an ‘off night’. The chips did not taste good at all (old potatoes maybe? Or could’ve been that the oil wasn’t changed in a while - what ever it was, something wasn’t quite right and we all feel pretty ill now). Fish was half decent, but probably cooked in the same oil - which gave it a lingering after taste. This was our first time, so we’ll give it another go eventually. Only thing that was good was the service - very friendly bloke running the joint! Hoping next time is better.

(sorry, no pic, ate too quickly ) I stopped here tonight as I noticed the sign and haven't had a decent, typical fish n chips in ages so I thought I'd try it out. I am so satisfied right now, it was perfect! Great size portion, yummy fish and ideal chippies... So grateful and thankyou guys for the lovely service & smiles too

I find this shop hit and miss - it either depends on who is working or perhaps there has been a change in owner as to whether your food is any good. Trying to avoid the deep fried options I ordered the grilled lemon pepper squid for 15, this is the small serving of battered rubbish I received. Needless to say I will never be ordering again.

We had awesome crispy chips plus two huge chunky pieces of snapper plenty for 4 people. Really nice potato scallops, but could have been cooked a tad longer as they were a bit cold in the middle. Very enjoyable!.
