This was the second time my family had used Tribute and I can't express how accommodating and caring they were to our needs. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to meet the expectations of families who are often emotionally exhausted, frustrated, feeling lost and vulnerable. There is no easy way to lose a loved one. Especially with the restrictions we are all having to deal with. Something that is becoming harder to find in the world is consistency and integrity. Tribute doesn't offer the endless up-sell of chain funeral services. They only want to help you say your toughest goodbyes without taking advantage of your grief. For that I am so grateful.

Called up awhile ago regarding some information and found them to be very disinterested and very unsympathetic to my needs and I felt sort of pressured to make a choice right and there on the phone and wasn’t given a great deal of options, The blokes phone manner I found to be very flat and robotic. Although reading their reviews we were sure that they were nice people and maybe they were busy, so we were going to continue and proceed with their services until they rubbished one of their competitors (whom we received a quote from) to us over the phone and that was the final straw, we ended up going with that said competitor and found them to be absolutely incredible, they went far above and beyond their role as funeral directors and nothing was too much trouble, we felt cared for and supported the whole way, The price was cheaper the value for money was greater just everything from the very first point of contact to the end and well after was first class, Look elsewhere and weigh up your options because it doesn’t hurt to do so and we felt it to benefit us in the long run.

Martin did a great job in supporting us at a level, one can only understand, the depths of when losing a special person. Martins understanding, communicating, and providing us with the extra time we needed during the family service right through to the day of my Dad’s burial. Guiding a family of nine emotional adults (siblings) in a rational manner, surely takes alot courage and years of experience. Thank you Martin and the team @ Tribute, for respectfully understanding our cultural heritage and helping us navigate through this difficult process. Martin is a excellent operator.
