Useless security screens. Thief was able to easily pull these off the windows. Only attached with 6 screws. Their competitor secures their screens with a screw/20mm. When I called Trend to ask what can be done to better secure the window. Was told there was nothing which can be done and to take it up with the insurance company. Bad product, bad service - shop elsewhere.

UPDATE 19/01/2021 One of the windows has an issue. Emailed Trend they took over a week to respond (Ok might be New Year holidays) When they did respond advised that service team would book a time and advise. Over a week now and still haven't heard from them. WHAT A SURPRISE!!! Fully paid for windows and organised delivery date. No delivery on the day, phoned at 2:30pm to find out where they were. Not on truck, never intended to deliver that day, but never bothered to phone and inform me. When I demanded reasons Customer Service (Colleen) HUNG UP on me 3 times and refused to pass me onto management or to inform when I might get delivery. DO NOT DEAL with this company!! They are unreliable and rude. Customer Service is something they have no intention of delivering. Wasted my day off work for delivery and my builders time. EDIT..windows delivered finally but a week later still no keys. Finally had to phone to find out where they were. Their answer...oh yes, we can arrange to have them posted out today. Great...when would I have got them without the follow up. Never!!. Still no apology from Customer Service. This company is a joke.

Didn't get past initial phone call with these guys. Rang to ask about a simple window regulation and was cut off, spoken to rudely and then hung up on (was on the phone for less than a minute). No drama if you don't know the answer but no need to be an d*ck about it. There's plenty of other businesses trying to stay alive without someone like this in the industry. Wish I'd got his name ...he's not doing Trend any favours at all.

We built a high end home with a Chateau 5 years ago and unfortunately made the decision to use Trend, huge mistake. First major rain event they leaked like crazy - May as well of had them wide open so much water was coming in as their installer had done such an appalling job. They sent someone to silicon them who then was so sloppy and lacking any care I have dollops if silicon all over my 600 a square meter carpet. How wonderful! Now all the rubber sealing is popping out so again the window is not water or weather proof. I wouldn’t use this company if they were the last window company out there. Their products and staff are substandard and that is being kind.

pathetic service, have had multiple issues with doors and windows and never get a reply to have the issue fixed. I will not be using this company in the future.

Visit the store some months ago. They were keen to provide a quote, but because of the size of the sliding doors required, the quote had to come from the 'commercial department'. After following up a few times, few weeks later, the answer was they (commercial department) were too busy and were not interested to quote for 4 units of sliding doors for retrofit for a residential project. Their products are great, but I guess it doesn't help if their service is not up to standard.

Never ever again they are the worse after sale they don’t wana know you for any reasons they have excuses for every mistake they do. My advise go to smaller supplier you get better quality. You go to this people you putting your money in rubbish bin

In my opinion they are the worst Company EVER. Ordered 3 sets of sliding stacking doors - it’s now been 9.5 weeks and order is only partially delivered. The doors delivered have multiple scratches! They set a time to deliver the rest of the order and now cancelled it as they "could not find the items" - Unbelievable. I would not recommend. Nothing resolved, just lies. Trend – contact me?
