Old school service and knowledge can be hard to find but Trend still provide that. Very easy to deal with and delivery was fast and right into the workshop. Very happy.
Absolutely outstanding customer service and an incredible range of timbers in stock. After doing a ring around pretty much the whole country, Trend were the ones who could come through with some Purpleheart timber I was after. Great communication, fair prices considering what I was after, super quick freight and overall an amazing experience. I may be a fair distance away but they've earned my return business when i need some more timber!
Trend Timbers supply an amazing range of specialty timbers and woodworking tools. I frequently drive up from Canberra to make the most of their exceptional service. Just don't come looking for cheap radiata pine, you'll be disappointed. What you will find instead is an almost overwhelming range of high quality furniture timbers and turning blanks from all corners of the world and local plantations. The staff are experienced and passionate woodworkers who provide in depth advice which is obviously backed up by decades of experience. In addition to timbers, I've bought a few professional machines from them and every word of advice they provided before purchase was proven in practice. Can't speak highly enough of this business. My woodworking wouldn't be the same without them.

Love Trend Timbers, but you need to add at least an hour to your trip for when you get distracted looking at all the beautiful and exotic and rare timber and machines. I with they had more hand tools, but then I'd be in danger of spending all my money

Visited for the first time today. The staff were very helpful and gave me excellent advise on woodturning chisels and wood blanks. Cant wait to buy a lathe from this store in future.
