I had a few scripts; painkillers and antibiotics. Wasn’t asked if I wanted the generic brand but received it anyway. Charged me the full prescription price when Chemist Warehouse costed me only 6.20.

Absolutely disgusting! Trying to make as much profit as possible rather then helping out the community by selling a couple masks for 30! A small hand sanitizer for 12! What the hell! We're supposed to be in this all together, not trying to profit off of this pandemic, you're a disgrace!
The staff very rude, Customer can ask again, but the staff very rude manner, I am very unpleasure today... I have used more than 5 years and seen many staffs, if not improve the customer service, you can be in the same boat in next door 2 cafes
