Hi all our party of four had booked an extensive holiday (before COVID ) thru Michelle at Travellers Lounge. We were doing a tour of Jordan and Israel then off to Spain and Portugal. With train, car hire and flying several legs. Michelle did a fantastic job of organising everything, the 4 of us were just so grateful for her professional experience in getting some of the very best tours and accommodation that blew our mind in anticipation. Then came COVID. We did have travel insurance very early in the planning but here is the cruncher for us, Michelle over several months got almost all of our money refunded (not one credit all refunds) Our insurance company could not believe the small amount that we finally had to claim. Thanks to the knowledge and professionalism of Michelle although we missed a trip of a life time we did not loose a cent.

Excellent travel knowledge and helpful advice using either existing packages or tailoring a holiday exactly to your specifications. Perfect for a quick break or a long holiday involving multiple destinations. Best of all, excellent service when stuck in another country and it's 2am in Melbourne. Never experienced such professional service with any travel agent in my many years of travel. Highly recommended.
I have been using Travellers Lounge in Black Rock for over 20 years. Michelle deals with my business and personal holidays. Her knowledge is definitely beyond her years. She has a lot of care for her clients and always goes the extra mile. She is always around for after hours and weekend appointments. l still work full time, so this is the only way l have the time to see a travel agent. Michelle is always very accommodating. I would not use another Travel Agent as you can not get better customer service and knowledge.
Michelle was fantastic, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Our accommodation was excellent and we all had a fabulous time. Highly recommend Travellers Lounge to others. The service could not have been better, first rate!
