Rates are okay but terrible customer service. I walked in when the lady was serving a Caucasian couple with a huge smile on her face and was being extremely patient. However, the moment she saw me (I am Asian) she started being rude and straight up told me they don't buy Chinese dollars. I wasn't even planning to exchange in Chinese dollars, and the ironic things is the lady herself is Asian as well. She was very cold and rude during the whole exchange, and in the end even took away the hand sanitiser before I could reach for it.(I'm assuming it's for customers since it was outside the little window and I saw previous customers using it)

Exchange rate they give you instore compared to the online service is so far apart, that it’s laughable. Ordered online but couldn’t pick up until next day, so asked if I could pick up same day and was told, ‘I don’t see why not’, so confirmed online order and then was told can’t pick up until pick up day. Changed mind within 10min of saying ‘I don’t see why not’ Exchanged other cash the day before and was asked for email to send receipt, the attendant must of spelt the email wrong because I never received the receipt. Maybe get the people to write the email down instead of asking in a loud shopping center. Customer service is non existent at the Chadstone store

Not recommended. Came here twice, got disappointed twice. My first visit was last year and I was really annoyed when the the lady asks me where I got my money from. Pretty sure I didn't dress up like I just robbed a bank. Second visit was a few days ago, exchange rate was terrible.

I thought the service was pretty good. The second time I went they said they would email me a receipt as they had done the first time, but that didn’t seem to happen.

Poor customer service. My elderly parents picked up cash for overseas travel. The teller wanted to hand over foreign cash in a bulk without counting. My parents asked it to be counted. The teller slightly irritated quickly counted the money and handed it over. My parents wanted to recount themselves, but were asked to step aside to make way for the next customer. The next customer was conducting transaction while my parents were recounting. Elderly (and some other) customers may need more time and attention. This is called Customer Service. This concept seems to be absent at this store unfortunately. A very stressful experience for my parents. I will give this store a second chance in a few months when I pick up my foreign travel currency.
