Would highly suggest looking elsewhere for your travel needs. Our friends had a horrible experience whereby their wedding was cancelled due to COVID well before the wedding date and Travel Safe refuse to refund her deposit of over 700. Sounds like nothing but trouble to me.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They cancelled our bus hire 1 day out from our wedding. We were initially told that a full refund would be processed shortly. It’s been 3 months and we still have not received our refund and there has been a complete lack of correspondence from head office. I would not recommend!

We hired Travel Safe Bus Hire to transport guests home at the end of our wedding. Everything went smoothly, the booking was easy, price was competitive and there was plenty of support to answer the questions I had. The driver was friendly and arrived right on time. Thanks for taking the stress out of transport, everything was perfect!

I booked this bus for my wedding day to pick to guests who were staying in the city to travel to our venue, as we had many interstate guests. The whole booking process was difficult and they were not flexible with changes, telling me to contact them closer to the date to adjust the size bus only to be told it is now too late to adjust this. No apologies. Then the wedding day, pouring with rain, 15 guests left sitting in front of the first pick up location for an hour while my brother in-law talks to the driver who was obviously lying the whole time. Guests left in the rain for an hour. No apologies. Had to put my guests in a cab and delay my wedding by an hour, losing an hour of venue time which is literal money out of my pocket. No apologies. 5 days later waiting for some form of contact after sending an email for a full refund, sitting in my accomodation on my honeymoon I receive an email to review the company we ‘recently traveled with’. Replied, a bit upset that I was receiving this but haven’t heard about our full refund yet. Got a reply to that immediately that it was an automated email. No apologies.

Today is the day of my brother-n-law’s wedding. A day that was meant to be about joy and celebration and love. However, due to this company’s GROSS INCOMPETENCE a large group of friends and family nearly missed the ceremony. A group of 9 arrived 15 minutes early to our designated meeting spot in front of St Paul’s Cathedral. The bride and groom booked this months in advance and responsibly verified the week of the wedding. The bus never showed. When it was nearly 15 minutes late, we called the company. At this stage, we still had time to get cabs. Had this company been honest and admitted that the driver had forgotten our booking, we would have been able to get to the venue on time. However, this company shamelessly and repeatedly lied to us. Kept saying the bus was around the corner. Kept saying it would arrive a few minutes later. Kept saying the bus was “moments away.” The weather was awful—windy, rainy and cold. Our hair and makeup ruined. After an hour, we ran through traffic and torrential rain to catch cabs. This caused the bride, groom and wedding party a lot of unnecessary stress. Do NOT book this company.

I was delighted with the service I received from Travel Safe Coach Hire. From the first contact your responses were quick and the quote satisfactory. The whole booking and payment process was handled with ease. I was constantly keep informed of booking details and given the driver information well ahead of time. Oz , our driver was very friendly and professional. His bus was clean and he provided a wonderful service, ensuring we had a great day out. I would have no hesitation recommending your service.

On January 1 2020 I booked with Travel Safe to pick myself and 11 friends up from a music festival. However, what ensued was a complete lack of organisation and customer service from this company. Our driver was unable to locate us, despite hundreds of other buses and minibuses arriving with no difficulty to pick up others. Despite many phone calls with our driver from varying event coordinators our driver was unable to come to agreed pick up location. The exchanges were confusing with the driver continuously speaking over the event coordinators and thus stopping them from finding us. The event coordinators were required to go above and beyond due to the lack of cooperation from the driver, as they were required to continue working past their shift times, and driving us to our minibus itself. Our minibus was booked for 10:30 however we did not board until 11:20pm. We were waiting in darkness, cold and confused for 50 minutes past the booking time. This is not acceptable. Travel Safe’s policy states it will only wait 10 minutes for customers so drivers should also be held accountable. Travel Safe have since ignored three emails I have sent them wanting to resolve this matter. Do not recommend!! Very unreliable.
