I would not recommend! This is the worst company I have dealt with. They cancelled a fully paid service 24 hours out from our wedding. As a result we had to scramble to find an alternative for our guests. We were initially told there would be a full refund processed. It’s been 3 months. Despite repeated emails (many of which are ignored) we have yet to receive our refund! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. Our wedding was cancelled due to COVID-19 Government Restrictions, however TravelSafe refused to refund over 700 in deposits, even though no services had been performed and we offered to compensate them with a reasonable administration fee. The company was unwilling to come to any sort of agreement and insisted we reschedule their services for a later date. However, the use of 3 x 50 seater buses is a very unique service and not something an ordinary consumer can easily reuse. Our legally binding contract was agreed upon prior to COVID-19, so we relied on the force majeure clause (which included acts of god and government restrictions outside of our control) to terminate the contract and seek a refund (minus an admin fee). The company refused to budge at any stage and we have been forced to refer this matter to NSW Fair Trading. It is sad to see companies take advantage of consumers during COVID-19, particularly when they had not performed any part of the contract and we were still offering an admin fee to compensate for their time.

We had a 3 days of superb experience with two drivers (Ian and Michael). In bullet points: quick quote, affordable prices, professional customer service, clean, neat, tidy buses and drivers, the logistic organisers in the office and the drivers are happily going out of their way to satisfy the customers, helpful follow ups, they answer calls and emails 7 days a week. Unbelievably spotless perfect service. Thank you!

Could not recommend this company. They almost ruined our wedding with disorganisation and poor communication. They are a terrible company who we ended up taking to small claims court (and winning) because they refused to be reasonable and see they were at fault. DO NOT book them, they are honestly the most awful company to deal with.

Horrible company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company stole money from my friend! When she had to cancel her wedding due to COVID they refused to give her a refund. She lost over 700 and they did not communicate.

Do not recommend this business they do not pay their bills and are like conmen, full of reasons why life is hard for them and everyone else should understand, have no money according to Mr Mark Bond but are still taking bookings and not paying their contractors. There is so many good honest bus companies out there and you should book direct with your preferred bus operator and you can always get a better price as well.
