I had a very good overall experience. They had enough cash on hand to exchange my whole sum of foreign currency( some of the other exchange companies couldn't do it for me) They gave me the best rate, the blouke who served us was friendly, and very confident in his job. Worth getting a quote if you have money to exchange.

Yesterday my parents visited your store & were so happy to be given fantastic customer service. My mum & dad are in their early 60's and were worrying about their upcoming trip to the UK. The lady was able to help them with the money they needed, but what meant so much to my mum was the patience given to Dad and her when the lady served them. Even though there were 2 customers behind my Mum and Dad, the lady took time to give Mum & Dad peace of mind. In a world where no one seems to have patience anymore, this really made a difference to my Mum & Dad. Thank you.

We used to be able to send remittance using moneygram in carousel but have you guys remove this service? I went in there today, 15.08.19 @ 1900 hrs but the lady in the counter said that not this moneygram branch. That's weird though becausewwe have been sending couple of times before and by the way the lady in the counter lacks good customer service maybe she had a long day.

Called them twice to ask if they can exchange thousands of dollars to Japanese Yen. Talked to 2 different employees. No one mentioned about bringing ID. It’s not even in their website. Also, the lady who was in the counter was so rude! Will never go back there. Beware. They have a horrible employee. So rude. Don’t be in retail service if you can’t stand talking to customers.This happened today (2/3/2019).

i've gone to exchange money at this place and there's a middle aged caucasian lady i've been served by twice there about 3 weeks ago who wears a stone cold face. Felt like i was bothering her when i asked her to change my money. Hopefully she reads this and changes her demeanour towards customers.
