Super helpful. I'm returning to gigging after taking 15 years off, and I needed a lot of catching up with my gear knowledge. They patiently answered everything.

Good customer service. Chose a guitar which I would like to try out, and the staff just left me alone to do my thing till I am satisfied (without a know it all fella telling me stuff, which happens with some stores I've been to), whilst feeling a bit embarassed with my skills since I've not been playing for a couple of years T_T. Got a Japanese made Ibanez, at a reasonable price, with one of the best necks I've ever played as a result. Would definitely come again once I've got more funds ;-)
Called to check stock on an amp I was interested in & spoke to Isabella, she checked for me & I went in later that day to pick it up, met Isabella & she was great, pulled the amp from the storeroom for me, paid & was on my way Have bought from here before & always had a good experience.
Went in intending to buy a Roland F-140R. The rep (Emmanuel, with my permission) upsold me to a Roland F701 in the same colour (white, which is somewhat hard to find) which cost marginally more but had way more features, better sounds and was much easier to drive. The rep also gave me a good deal on it after looking up what they were going for online. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The shop is quite well stocked, considering we're in the middle of a pandemic. Definitely would consider again for a major music purchase.
Came here to pick up a guitar and some electric drums. Left with a guitar and electric drums. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, a little flexible on the price too. The only thing I didn’t like was having to put through two transactions at the separate counters. Now I’m rocking out on my guitar while my 3 yr old makes noises on the drums
Really glad I bought my guitar from here. Excellent service and communication and fast delivery. They even converted the guitar to left handed. Highly recommend Macron Music.
If they served beer it would definitely be my #1 happy place.
Had a bit of a stuff around with an online order recently, but they sorted me out promptly. Wasn't a fan of one of guys cutting in halfway through while I was obviously speaking either, should work on that buddy. Otherwise decent service with good prices. One of the better music shops in Melbourne.
