Myself and my partner purchased a Kia from a different dealership but due to living closer to this dealership, we have decided to get our services done here. Staff were beyond amazing in the lead up to the service, during the service and after the service was completed. They asked if my partner needed a lift anywhere after dropping the car off to get the service done, then asked if he needed a lift to go and pick up the car after the service was completed. They asked if there was any concerns with the car when I rang to book the service. When picking the car up from the service, they went over what they did and were really friendly. Was just an amazing experience overall, highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
What a fantastic experience we had purchasing our new car. Our sales person, Leigh was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable on every aspect of the car. It is a shame that other dealers don't sell cars the way Valley Kia do, they could learn a lot about how to give fantastic customer service. We will be back in the future. AAAA
These guys are fantastic, Nothing was to much trouble Leigh the salesperson was a delight to deal with, the car when we picked it up was immaculately clean. a few weeks earlier we purchase a another vehicle 4 x 4 from Leongatha they were amateurs compared to Valley Kia. we will be back. well done you guys are great.
