Had a great experience at Valley Honda. Cliff and the team were clear on details, professional and friendly. I was so impressed with the service that I did a 1900km round trip to deal with Valley Honda, rather than a local dealer who had really disappointed me with their sales process. The local dealer could learn a lot from Valley Honda, who worked with me to the end, despite my last-minute decision to go ahead as well as various challenges from my side. I feel good about purchasing the car because I value great service, and that's exactly what I've received. I would do it all again. Oh, and I love the car.
Great deals staff well trained
Made an appointment for a car to purchase and drove 170km and upon getting there, they just simply told me the cars been sold. They had my number and didn't bother even giving me a call. Very disappointing and lack for professionalism.
