Went above and beyond on a Saturday to help two ladies in a rental van who had to sleep outside the night before due to the issues. Top bloke, top workmanship.
Great place to get ripped off/ lied to. Service cost a fortune. I went to 'My Car' and needed my break pads and disc replaced because I was told I had another 5000 kms on my pads at Ultra :S DO NOT RECOMMEND
These guys are awesome. Had a few problems with my car and they above and beyond to find a solution. Even though they didn’t find the problem, I’d still highly recommend them. Went back before I began a long drive just to get a fluid top up and the guy does it on the spot. Tried to offer a bit of a cash and he turned it down.
The service I had completed was succinct and thorough. The first staff member was lovely but the second staff member was a little snappy. Other than that it was a great experience.
Great that they are open on weekends. Also they do a good job, three of my vehicles have been serviced there so far.
Everything we've ever had done by UltraTune Traralgon has been top notch and the genuine friendly and helpful service is hard to come by anywhere else. We won't waste time going anywhere else again. Definitely take the time to come here if you need a decent mechanic.
