Ran into stock availability issues in store with COVID-related delays, but Mitch worked extremely hard to accommodate requirements. He and the rest of the team were professional, knowledgeable and communicated very well. Very happy with the service at Total Tools Traralgon - ended up buying more than I originally intended and left very happy indeed. Thanks for your efforts, Mitch and team.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Ordered a drill in a kit, waited 3 months and after being told twice that it had arrived I showed up twice and they said they didn't have it. I have literally spend tens of thousands of dollars here over the years. They have wasted my time for the last time. Very unprofessional. Will be shopping at Sydney Tools online from now on.

Purchased 2 Milwaukee heated jackets online and a 4 port charger and 2 extra batteries. Package arrived and the 2 jackets not included, but Invoice showed them. Contacted customer service and were told that they were sorry that the jackets weren't included and regret to inform me that there is none in stock and Milwaukee don't have any either. What do they imagine I am going to do with all those batteries and a charger that I only need to use once as the batteries will not get used! Don't waste your time with this store.

Helpful staff. Friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately out of stock of 1 of the items I wanted ! If it weren't for bad luck I wouldn't have any luck ! LOL.
