How are the management for Star Track still employed? 11 days it took for my parcel to come from Noble Park Victoria to Newborough Victoria. When it got here it the driver threw it up on my deck, I asked him what his deal was for doing that as the package was extremely damaged. He didn't even make eye contact, no hello, just threw it on the deck and walked off. This package is a 1.5 mtr by 1.2mtr picture frame.

Star track gets some really bad reviews but honestly their tracking department are a little of but my delivery was right on time even though I was told it was still in Sydney that’s same day it was delivered to regional Victoria even though it was a little confusing I’m still very happy..!! Good job to the post man!!!!
Terrible experience. Late delivery and poor service all round. Still waiting for late delivery to be investigated and have still not received my delivery - four days later. Won't use Star Track Express again.
Wow, what a horrible courier with appalling service. Was home and the delivery driver didn't even knock on the door, and just placed card in mail box. Stay away!!
Terrible Service. The track and trace software is very inaccurate and not worth a cent. I checked the website to trace the delivery and it said my parcel was loaded and would be delivered that day so I stayed home all day and no sign of the delivery. What a total waste of a day. Thanks for nothing StarTrack!!!!
Urgent medical device not delivered as i was home, no card left, after my follow up found it was sitting at local post for 5 days, supposed to be delivered within 2-3 days as it was urgent device!
Covid-19 must be a blessing in disguise, again blaming covid for their slow service. Recent parcel, less than 1 Day from Perth to Vic. Then another 5 Days to travel from Morwell to Traralgon and I'm still waiting. (10km distance)
