I had phoned my insurance company and they went through the National Windscreen thing, I had to wait nearly 24 hours for my glass to be replaced. I phoned Protector Autoglass to ask where they were... the guy in the office said they are probably running late.... i'll give them a call. It's like if you tell a customer you're going to be there and you're running more than 30 mins late you should at least call them... they called back and said they would be a further 45 mins. They put the glass in, as you would expect but nothing extra. They put my eTag plastic thing back on the windscreen (that I didn't want) but could NOT put my dashcam on. For that reason they only get a 3 out of 5.
