I do not recommend Traralgon Mazda. Took my car there for a service a week ago, my breaks were squeaky and I mentioned that before I took it there. The next day after being serviced (I live 45 minutes away) my breaks were squeakier than before the service was done. My car literally sounded like a train. I took my car back a week later for it to be fixed, having to pay extra money, to then go to my car after getting my keys back and see a hub cap missing. After waiting at my car for 20 minutes for them to go find it, I then had to go back in myself asking what the go is and where it is, I was told ‘we found a hub cap but it isn’t yours’ which was SUPER helpful..... so now I’m out of pocket and only have 3 hubcaps. Thanks a lot

Got my car serviced by the people at Mazda. They asked if I needed a lift home and pick up when my car was ready. They also went into detail of what was done and if anything needed fixing. Very professional staff
Kirsten was absolutely amazing. I had honestly lost faith in Mazda after a dreadful and unpleasant customer service experience at City Mazda but Kirsten was absolutely amazing and not only did she restore my faith, her service has won me over. Very happy not only with the car but the after sales service too.
