Whether it be by luck all the places I visit always impress me with 5 star quality/service or whatever else, this store certainly stands up to my criticism. The store itself is well presented with punctilious attention to detail. Additionally, the quality and variety of the products are to be commended, with their vast range of products, this store is most definitely a go to. Moreover, my family and I have been regular customers for years and have been consistently been provided with brilliant service that cannot go without praise. And finally, the staff there are dedicated, affable and very knowledgeable in their areas, must say I’m impressed. Overall, an awesome store alongside amazing staff.
I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Zoe Crimmins. While Zoe was attending to my questions she was also talking to clients on the phone and assisting fellow workers .. She is an asset to the Harvey Norman group and I would recommend her highly. Cheers Peter O Reilly .
We had done our homework and made enquiries about what we were looking to purchase. Local store stocked our furniture item and assistance was excellent. Thankyou Harvey Norman Traralgon
The failure to do what was promised is discusting. The fact that they delivered Flatpack to a lady in her seventies Table top weighted 105 kilograms. Plus expecting her to put flatpacks together was ridiculous. If it wasn't for family friends it would probably be still on flat packs what would be the difference in another three months. I won't be shopping there and happy to tell anyone who will listen.

Brought a washing machine on the Saturday got the delivery on Monday morning. Got a text letting me know the time they would be here, they unpacked the new washing machine on the truck taking all the packaging with then (they would have installed it but my father loves to do that type of thing) and brought in inside and took the old one away. The only problem we had was that when they took the outer packaging they took the base plate, after 2 calls they returned it the next day.
