I had a pretty horrible crash and scared most of my head. I lost a lot of hair and Andrew and the team make me look so good. No one can even notice the systems. I just want to thank everyone at Transition Hair for giving me my confidence back. I drive all the way from Canberra to visit these guys because they care. I have had consultations with other providers but it always seemed transactional where as at Transition Hair it feels personal. I can tell with how careful they are with my scalp and how much cafe they put into it. Thank you guys so so so much

This establishment is absolutely phenomenal. The owner, Andrew, is not only remarkably professional but also one of the kindest and most empathetic individuals in the field I have personally encountered. He has always gone out of his way to accommodate my needs including offering flexible payment plans when I have been in financially difficult circumstances (due to the fact I have been a loyal customer for some years now). Andrew's employees are always exceptional - I will give a particular shout-out now to my most recent experience with Kim; her colour-work and styling expertise exceeded my expectations ten-fold, and I'm fussy, believe you me! Other hairdressers over the years have also impressed me throughout the time I have visited the facility, and the administrative staff are a delight to interact with, also going above and beyond in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. I have explored alternative options and simply nobody else comes even close. This team are at the very top of their field and I have no complaints whatsoever, only praise which I am happy to elaborate upon to anybody seeking services such as those this company has to offer. 10 out of 10, hands down.

I was experiencing male pattern balding due to me genetic pattern. Before coming to Transitions Hair, I tried a lot of natural treatments like PRP and topical medical solutions to prolong my receding hairline but none of them worked a lot. So recently, I got a hair replacement system or a prosthesis from Transitions Hair and it has given me a lot of confidence. People and friends around me say that I look 5 years younger and it's worth the cost. A lot of people admire and notice me on my professional front as well now. The best thing the hair replacement system is made from real human hair and not synthetic, so no one can predict the difference. All the staff here have been so friendly. Some places just want to offer the most expensive option for their benefit, however, Andrew did not do this. He picks the best option for you and was honest in his decision making. Really appreciate the advice and service I received here.

When you are out of options this place really can help. Andrew, Sarah, Kim and Jess are so supportive and friendly. I had a bad run with botched SMP leaving ugly big spots, and then a allergic reaction to medication and chemo, where all my hair fell out. I sought the help of the team, and Andrew could not have spent more time with me answering questions, offering support, advice and guidance. Any time you have an issue the team are always happy to help. I haven’t quiet landed on my final look, but getting there, and the best thing, no one can can actually tell that my hair isn’t real. So many compliments about how good it looks. Do yourself a favour and go and see the team.
