My family was attempting to acquire some beautiful antique pieces for my in laws villa, and I was able to find this beautiful piece at an auction. Transco Cargo was very helpful in helping me and my son transport this beautiful work of art. The step by step process of packing this artful wooden horse was so interesting my son took pics to send me! I was very impressed with their care! Great job! Attention to detail is so important and these guys know what they are talking about!

We sent just one box to our elderly parents. Despite promised ETA before Christmas, it took more than 2 months to deliver. The box was bashed around with water damage, items stolen. Paid 90 for a home delivery and this is what we get. Nobody's taking responsibility and passing the buck to another party. There is next to no supervision at the bonded warehouse. TRANSCO has their own bonded warehouse and employ their own staff/workers. Looks like there is no care factor at the delivery end. Need to lift up your game TRANSCO

Absolute disaster. They do not have proper warehousing or system to clear the goods in Colombo. Three boxes were dispatched from Melbourne about the 20 September, and we were only able to clear it on the 24th December. While we understand there were disruptions due to covid, this delay is unacceptable. when we spoke to Melbourne office and told about our friend who dispatched his boxes reached within 45 days through another service, the gentleman answered asked us to use that service, which was a shocking statement. Some of our goods were not in the boxes, boxes were broken because of floods they say and they had to put them into other boxes, in the process, chocolates, cheese, oilve oils, coffee and some other food items had gone missing. they asked us to lodge a compliant. we had lost faith anyways with the gentleman's comment on asking us to find some other service, so we did not bother. Some of these food items were sent to be delivered as gifts to an orphanage. There was no call, no email, no communication from Transco cargo, until we sent someone physically to visit the colombo station. If one thinks this kind of service is acceptable, so be it. our things had gone missing, and boxes neglected with flood damage.

I was referred to Transco by a friend who had also used them in the past to ship a vehicle through them out of the country. Just found out that it's reached its destination safely and without a hassle. TC handled the customs brokerage on the Malaysian side. Very professional from start to finish letting me know when it got there too., Thumbs up indeed!

Never realized they have additional document charges when clearing goods from SL. It took 3 months to deliver the bicycle I sent to my nephew. no probs with the delay, covid situation is understandable. But what is this additional document charge ? I will not recommending transco to anyone.
