We dealt with David who certainly understands the planning process, is very responsive and took care of our application end to end. My experience with David has been excellent. I engaged his company to review a DA for a 10-room boarding house next to my property in Leichhardt. Initially I was considering using a much larger town planning company based in Leichhardt. That company was quick to send me terms and conditions to sign but actually did nothing to review the DA. I contacted David and he responded immediately, explaining the review process and the likely cost for each stage. Within a matter of days he had deconstructed the DA finding several areas of significant non-compliance. The objection is in with Inner West council now, so fingers crossed. I would highly recommended Tranplan for anyone in a similar situation to me.

Received a quote and far too overpriced compared to others offering the same service. The quote received was 1200 more than the second highest priced quote I received for the same assessment. Look elsewhere before considering.
