Our trailer had a bearing problem. The guys from traf trailers told us to come on down. They had the parts and fixed it then and there. Keeping us on our way to our holiday at Paynesville. Couldn't be more thankful. Highly recommended

Great service, quality work
We purchased our custom made 6x4 trailer with a cage (stock crate) in 2010 and it’s been the best trailer I’ve ever had. Traf Trailers don’t cut corners, and they know trailers inside and out, which is why they do longer draw bars for easier towing and manoeuvrability. Naturally, as time goes on, our trailer has taken a fair beating as it’s used for everything, taking it all in its stride. Whenever we have needed repairs, Lucas and his team have always bent over backwards to bring our little trailer back up to scratch with skill, care, and attention to detail. We paid a fair price in 2010 for a fully custom built trailer, and we have never regretted this choice to support a local manufacturer. When I was In their office in Dec 2018, to have a look at perhaps getting a larger trailer, I was pleasantly surprised to see that their prices were amazingly similar to what they were back in 2010. Lucas and his team don’t mass produce, but they do produce solid trailers that do what you need them to do. They’re reliable, functional, and well built, completely locally fabricated.
Rude, didn't listen to the customer and built to the wrong specs. Instead of working with us to resolve the issue, they sold the trailer and refused to return the deposit.
Rude and slow. Wouldn't go there again.
