Went in to buy a certain item. Asked the salesgirl and was pointed to them which was right where she was stocking shelves. The item was down the bottom of a rotating display rack and was difficult to access. I had to get down on the floor on my knees to access them. I am 60 years old. At no stage was I asked if I needed help. Even though she was standing right next to me. Customer service was zero... until I went up to the counter to pay where I was treated in a friendly manner by another sales person.
So expensive. SO expensive. And when I went in their it actually smelled as though there was a dead mouse in the ceiling. It was awful. Good range but the prices just aren't competitive if you look around.
Poor management who treat there staff with disrespect an underpay the staff the hours worked an do not seem to give a hoot... not to mention it’s illegal to change a timesheet of hours worked an pay less... will never spend another cent of my money in the store... if they wish to keep good staff they should treat them better. Maybe fair work should look into this!!!!!
Absolutely Appalling there wasn’t a price on a item so we asked there staff and was told 30 so we decided to buy it when we go the the register it scanned at 40 and said we must pay 40 when I tried to explain to that I was told 30 by a staff member they said it didn’t matter you have to pay 40 or don’t by it then. So much disrespect in this store will never shop here again. By the way all the arguing was with the store manager pfftttt
How good is this place heaps great toys and helpful service..loved it
Have used for most of the kids / nephews / nieces birthday and Christmas presents for the last few years. And any time the kids have pocket money burning a hole in their pocket ToyMate is the first place we check for toys at a great price.
This shop caters for all children. The staff are amazing and very helpful.
