Purchased a 2nd Boat from Them late last year, Asked if I could have an Am/Fm Radio Installed, Sure at a cost of 800 for a 300 Radio, Arial was not mounted and just shoved in with the wiring behind the dash,Conditions of the Sale was the Motor was to have a Hundred Hour Service but despite asking several times for a Service Report or an invoice I never saw one making me wonder what if anything had been done to it. The Boat was advertised as coming with Inshore Safety Pack but when I got back to Mackay I noticed the Flares had less than 3 months left on them, Just very poor service and wouldn't recommend as how I was treated borders on untrustworthy

Trim and tilt on my Suzuki DF 50 stopped working motor was still under warranty dropped it off to tsvl marine was told there would be no fee when I went to pick it up they charged me130 and told me that I had cut the wires absolute grubs and I know a lot of other Townsville locals who have had bad experiences with them as well I now deal with the Suzuki dealer in Ingham I wouldn't rather pay freight for parts than buy off this mob

Traveled down from Cairns a few weeks back and picked up our brand new Sea Jay 448 Avenger! Peter was great to deal with and everyone else made us feel more than welcome when we arrived. Would recommend Townsville Marine to anyone and if the time ever comes I will be getting my next boat through them.
