A review what is a review it is one prisons experience with some thing or someone or a business in this case a business GENESIS JIM WILLOWS I had been with the Willows Jim for some six ( 6 ) years I seen a lot of staff and members come and go but my overall experience was positive yes there were times some of the equipment was broken some times for a wile overall was in good shape some of it ageing but still working as was intended I found there was plenty of machines well-spaced so as not to crowd out the next one plenty of weights but I think what made this Jim for me was the staff always friendly and helpful if not under exercise instruction and you asked a question or how to use a piece of equipment no problem for them so I don’t think it comes any better but I will see as I had to move along so an other chapter of my journey through life begins

Myself and my daughter who has a disability have been welcomed with opened arms and a lot of support. Having the exercise Phys on site as well means I can exercise while my daughter is supported by the exercise phys. Highly recommend this gym and its staff to all the special needs community and everyone

The team at Genesis Thuringowa made us feel welcome and arranged tailored passes with discounted pricing for us to use during our time there, including all hours access. Fantastic service, great facilities and friendly staff.
I signed up to Genesis through Jules, who was an absolute delight and so warming and welcoming. During my introduction to the gym, I was provided with all the information I needed to know. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!
