Purchased an S1000RR sport. A great experience. Some minor (unavoidable) shipping delays due to COVID complications. Very happy with support from dealers in organizing delivery and handover. Dealers are always happy to help with any questions.
Unbelievable from start to finish. Nothing was a problem, any questions we had answered asap! The hand over and communication between us and Adam Finmore was fantastic!! AADAM YOU ARE A SUPERSTAR! I bought a 2019 BMW 330i (pre-owned) from Townsville BMW in June 2020. Fantastic customer service experience, I couldn't rate these guys any higher. I dealt initially with Shane Bright (General Manager) and then also with Justin Harle (Sales Manager). I am in Perth and they made the whole experience of buying a car from the other side of the country (sight unseen) as easy as possible. I loved the way they filmed a video for me to show me and talk me through the car, allowing for a virtual inspection before buying. Justin also filmed a very professional detailed delivery video for me to explain the features of the car. They arranged for door to door delivery to me in Perth which was very convenient for me. Unfortunately the car transport company lost one of the key fobs in transit. I told Townsville BMW (Justin) about this immediately, they sorted it all out for me (asking for the transport company to search for the missing keys and then when they couldn't be found, arranging for a replacement to be sent to me promptly at no cost to me). Great experience, highly recommended.

Poor Customer service, unprofessional staff, Great bike! I bought the 2020 s1000rr with the m sport package from BMW Townsville. It had 3k's on inspection and in store and 3 k's when I had placed a deposit on it, my invoice also said 3k's on the odometer. when I received the bike it had 83k's on the clock and I mentioned this in my customer review that I was not happy my bike had been ridden. Shane from BMW called me today for a follow up call about my review and told me that that particular bike is very hard to get, it had k's on it but it was being sold as brand new and assured me that any k's put on the bike were from pre sale checks. when I questioned what exactly was done to the bike that required 80k's of riding he could not answer my question. I was also told that my decals would be clear coated to seal them to the bike and this has only been done on the front decals. I didn't want special treatment, I just wanted and honest salesman. Apparently at BMW Townsville this is asking too much. The half naked girls on the screensavers of the mobile phones visible by customers that your staff are using at work is a real touch of class too..
