While this is a reasonably efficient transport hub, it's an absolute rabbit warren and it's very easy to get lost if you aren't used to it. There is a high traffic flow but not a lot of signage and the wayfinding could definitely be improved and made more intuitive. Huge range of shops if you've got some time to kill and like browsing though. Reasonable food court
