I currently go to toukley neighbourhood centre on sundays for the church service held by surfside. I am aware that the neighbourhood centre offers a range of charitable services to help those in genuine need. As far as i am aware if they aren't equipped with the resources to assist you they may be able to refer you on to the organisation/s that can.
