Total Care Movers assisted me in locating and retrieving a box of my possessions that was delivered to the wrong customer back in February. My original mover is a big name, well known company that made a mistake and a box of my belongings ended up in a storage unit for 10 months due to interstate restrictions and border closures caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Total Care Movers stepped in to find and retrieve my belongings, even though it was not their responsibility or mistake and today delivered my box of items to my house at no extra cost to me. Due to great communication and effort, I was finally able to get my items back no hassle and I greatly appreciate that they were able to deliver my things to me and knew exactly where my box was the entire time and dropped it off in person to me today. Sean and the team were fantastic. They moved everything from a difficult location (stairs, steps, slope) to a 2 story house with no mishaps. They worked hard and non-stop until the job was done. Every care was taken to ensure no damage to furniture or premises. Piano was moved safely. We would recommend them to others and would use them again. Thanks guys.
TC Removalist is wonderful, Sean and Micheal were great , very professional and helpful and friendly. Helping to connect the washing machine , assemble the furniture and hanging the pictures without any hesitation . Overall I would recommend TC Removalist in Adelaide to anyone ! Great services!!
