I engaged Prestige to take out and old gas heater during my renovations. During the booking process I told them what I needed done and they sent out a gentleman who was a expert in gas heaters which was comforting as the heater was so old I was a little worried. The technician arrived on time (nice change from some other operators!). He had the heater disconnected and the gas capped off and tested for leaks super quick and cleaned up after himself which was incredible. Highly recommend the guys and girls at Prestige.

The tech sent out to fix our Smeg oven was excellent (thanks Michael). Once a time was agreed to, it was great knowing when the tech was likely to attend (not having to wait around all day) and then he rang to let me know when he was on his way over. Thankfully it was only a simple fix in the end but I was very happy as the repair cost was very reasonable.

Very impressed with the professionalism of the two staff that came to my call out today. Received the notification the night before of a two hour window for the arrival, so much better than most places who just make you wait all day. Guys were on time, friendly, polite and explained everything to me. Checked I was happy to pay for parts before changing them over or doing the work. I finally have a working oven again. Excellent work! Would definitely recommend.

From the first time I entered the office I felt at ease - the young girl who greeted me was very pleasant, helpful and professional. The lady ( Louise ) who dealt with spares was very focused on helping me and was quickly successful in identifying the correct part required to fix my oven door. I was very impressed with the service provided and would strongly recommend this company

Bosch sent Prestige out to fix my Bosch washing machine under warranty. Technician was fantastic, fixed my unit very quickly and answered all the questions I had. He even took the extra time to show me how to clean and maintain my washing machine. The booking lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful too.

Prestige Appliances undertook a manufacturer’s recall repair on our heater - and they did an absolutely marvellous job! Les (on both occasions) and Colin (at the second visit) were punctual, professional, meticulously tidy, and performed extra checks to ensure all elements of the heater were working - identifying a second fault in the process, which they also fixed. The administrative team were excellent as well - promptly communicating progress of our job, and coordinating scheduling of appointments. I would recommend Prestige any day!
